Do you want to learn more about photography ?
If your answer is yes, you have come to the right place.
Our goal is to have fun, become better photographers and enjoy making new friends. Our competitions are meant to be a learning experience, and we try to have constructive critiquing as a learning exercise.
In addition to our competitions, we have guest speakers, programs, social events, photographic outings and we participate in local and state programs. You will find our club to be an inspiration to your photographic endeavors. You are welcome to attend any of our events as a visitor and to join even as a part time resident. Several of our members are seasonal residents.
We maintain a gallery of competition images and try to represent most of our members in the gallery. Our meetings begin in November and end in April. They are generally scheduled for the first and third Wednesdays of the month beginning at 6:30 pm. We compete in a digital format, and have an annual print competition. Check out our schedule for the coming year under Organization | Calendar and prepare some images for competition.
We are not professionals and you do not need to be one either! We also offer one on one mentoring programs whether for a specific camera model, software product, or of photography in general. Please visit our Mentoring page for a sample of our mentoring subjects.
